2025 Attendance Statistics
Our 2025 event was a huge success, with record attendance figures! We welcomed more businesses than ever before from across the North East of England and further afield. Please take a look below at our key event attendance metrics.
Total Visitors : 556
Total Exhibitors: 117
This is an excellent increase on 2024, demonstrating the value this event holds for the local tourism industry. We hope for this significant growth to continue over the coming years.
We measure exhibitor and visitor numbers separately, and also provide a total attendance statistic each year. Total attendance is the overall number of people at the event on the day, the sum of visitors and exhibitors (please note, some exhibitors have multiple delegates).
Total attendance is our most important metric, and we target 10% growth for this each year.
NTF26 will take place on 18th March 2026, at Willowburn Leisure Centre in Alnwick. Get your FREE visitor tickets here >> https://tourismfair.co.uk/visitor-tickets/
