The show is at Willowburn Leisure Centre in Alnwick [NE66 2JH]
Willowburn is easily accessible by road and public transport, just off the A1 connecting North and South.
There are 400+ parking spaces available on-site.
Parking on the day is FREE.
Further details will be sent to all exhibitors prior to the event.
Exhibitors will have plenty of time to arrive and setup on the morning of the event.
Not all stands have electricity as standard.
If your business requires a stand with electrical points please ensure you book an appropriately labelled position.
Yes! Many exhibitors take 2 or 3 stands at the fair and this can be accommodated to meet your requirements.
Each stand includes a 6′ table and chair as standard.
Trade booth stands include walls and electricity and are 2.4m x 1.2m in size
Spaced exhibitor tables have additional space to the sides for roller banners and displays.
Stands with electricity will have sockets provided at the location.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

There are hot drinks and refreshments available from 8am at our on-site café.
